Mitradeep Sarkar from Sorbonne Université, CNRS won the Young Researcher Award on Best Breakthrough Contribution at the International Conference on Nanofluids (ICNf) in Castello, Spain (26-28 June, 2019) for the paper entitled "Thermodiffusive properties of colloidal dispersions of maghemite nanoparticles in ionic liquids". This was a presentation of the Magenta project at the conference. Congratulations [...]
Jesse Riedl, a PhD student at CNRS/Sorbonne University has recently presented his thesis work in “Ma thése en 180 sec” competition. Jesse is working on synthesizing novel ionic-liquid based ferrofluids within the project. You can see his presentation (in French) at the 40th minute here
