The first\u00a0measurements of thermodiffusion on the ferrofluids dispersed in the new ionic\u00a0liquids for\u00a0thermoelectric applications have been recorded. The\u00a0determined Soret coefficients ST,\u00a0which quantify the gradient of concentration induced by a\u00a0gradient of\u00a0temperature, are positive. The diffusion coefficient of the magnetic\u00a0nanoparticles\u00a0scales with the viscosity of the ionic liquids.<\/p>\n
